Right now I sit down on my Aeron Chair
and wonder to what end it suspends this
occupant, so unworthy of a care.
Adjusted to my back, the seat really fits
the Gods’ ideal of holy seatiness.
Glory to them for this reclining bliss!

We all know the game where someone lists three people and you have to decide whom you would marry whom you would fuck and whom you would kill. Let’s put this to poetry, why not?
some rules…
- the first line you would simply list the three subjects e.g. Eisenhower, Nixon, Carter
- the second line would say whom you would have sex and has to rhyme with the first name listed
- the third line says whom you would kill and has to rhyme with the third name listed
- the fourth line says whom you would marry and has to rhyme with the second name listed
- the fifth tries to make sense of it all and has to rhyme with the manner in which the murdered one was killed
Eisenhower, Nixon and Carter
I’d have Dick up against a wall feelin’ my power
Jimmy I’ll put in the worms’ larder
But for Ike, vittles for the rest of our lives I’d be fixin’
It will be hard to kill Carter, I’d do it frowning.
I don’t know - I might have to make it more rhythm based - last names can be pretty hard to rhyme. What if I had Rockefeller, Carnegie and Vanderbilt?
